Coaching may suit you if you want space to reflect on goals, choices, habits or personal growth. The first conversation can help you explore whether the approach fits your needs.
Coaching focuses on reflection, goals and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for care from a qualified mental health professional.
Leave your contact details and the area you’d like to explore. Mansha will reach out to discuss your needs, answer questions and agree the next step with you.

A decision you keep revisiting. A change that feels bigger than expected. A habit you want to shift. Or a sense that something needs to be different, even if you can’t name it yet.
Only what feels helpful. You might note one question or situation you’d like to explore. You can also arrive without a clear agenda.
Coaching is a collaborative process. The aim is to help you consider your own choices and actions rather than hand you a fixed set of answers.
You can discuss fit and next steps after your first conversation. You can take time to consider what feels right for you.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. A qualified mental health professional is the appropriate starting point for clinical care.

Your choice matters. No automatic marketing subscription. Check-in answers stay in the page. Optional AI has separate consent. Privacy requests go to hello@lifecoachmansha.com.
This website is operated for Mansha Arora’s life coaching practice (“Mansha”, “we”, “us”). It covers lifecoachmansha.com, www.lifecoachmansha.com and the associated hosted website, including contact forms, the Know Yourself exercise, guided check-in and any enabled AI reflection assistant.
For privacy questions, requests or grievances, contact Mansha Arora at hello@lifecoachmansha.com, with “Privacy request” in the subject. This policy describes website processing; a separately agreed coaching engagement may have additional notices and confidentiality arrangements.
We use information to respond to requests, discuss whether coaching may be suitable, arrange communications and appointments, provide quiz results and optional AI replies, manage enquiries, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot, maintain security, record consent, handle privacy requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Relevant enquiry and quiz contact information may be emailed to the practice so Mansha can respond.
Contact details are not sold or shared for other businesses’ marketing. Submitting a form or taking a quiz does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A future optional marketing subscription would require a separate choice and an unsubscribe route. We do not use quiz profiles to decide employment, credit, insurance or other legally significant eligibility.
Contact and quiz forms ask for affirmative consent before submission. Optional fields can be left blank; required fields are needed for the requested feature. You can browse articles and resources without submitting a form. AI use is optional and has its own consent step; you can contact Mansha without using AI.
You can withdraw consent for future consent-based processing by emailing the contact above. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed. It may mean we cannot continue responding to an enquiry or offering the relevant feature. We may retain information where a different lawful requirement permits or requires it. This notice itself is not consent to unrelated uses or a waiver of your rights.
The website is designed for general coaching enquiries, not collection of detailed medical histories. Please avoid submitting diagnoses, treatment records, identity documents, financial account details, passwords, intimate personal information, or identifying information about another person. Describe an enquiry at a level you feel comfortable sharing electronically. Do not provide somebody else’s personal information without appropriate permission.
If an engagement later requires additional personal information, the purpose, handling and appropriate communication method should be discussed before collection.
Information is accessible only where needed for the stated purpose, subject to applicable law and access arrangements. Providers involved in the website may include:
We may also disclose relevant information to a professional adviser, a service provider supporting the practice under appropriate arrangements, or an authority when required by law, necessary to address a serious safety concern, or reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Any disclosure should be limited to what is appropriate for that purpose. Service providers may process data as processors or under their own applicable terms; their independent services have their own privacy notices.
The AI reflection assistant is an automated tool, not a conversation with Mansha. When available, it provides at most three replies per signed-in account. It is not continuously monitored by a person. Browser-visible conversation text stays in page memory during the visit; it is not saved as a chat history in our website database. Closing or reloading the page can remove the visible conversation.
Sending a question transmits it and limited recent context to OpenAI. Our response-generation requests disable response storage, but that setting does not eliminate the provider’s security, abuse-monitoring or legally required retention. OpenAI’s published API documentation describes default abuse-monitoring retention of up to 30 days, with stated exceptions and account-specific controls. Do not assume complete anonymity, immediate provider deletion or a zero-retention arrangement. See OpenAI’s current API data information ↗.
The pseudonymous allowance record remains personal data where it can relate to an account. It is used for feature administration and security, not a clinical record. We do not build a model-training dataset from your reflections. The separate AI limitations explain how to use replies responsibly.
The website application does not install advertising trackers or an analytics package. This does not mean every infrastructure or external provider is cookie-free. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security and delivery. Calendly and YouTube may use their own technologies when you load their content; external links take you to independently operated services.
Guided check-in selections and AI conversation history are held in page memory rather than saved by this application in local storage. Your browser may still cache website assets. You can manage browser cookies and permissions, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or scheduling from working. The uploaded home-page introduction is served as a website video asset; it is not a YouTube embed.
Enquiries and quiz leads are stored in the website’s access-restricted database/storage and, once email delivery is enabled, may also be present in the practice’s mailbox and email-provider records. Delivery identifiers and status are retained to manage and retry notifications. We retain relevant information for the period reasonably necessary to respond, manage any ensuing relationship, administer feature limits, address complaints, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
There is currently no universal automatic expiry applied to all website records. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; deleting a website entry does not automatically remove mailbox copies or provider logs. You can request deletion or ask what remains. Information needed for a legal obligation, dispute or security investigation may need to be retained, with use restricted to that purpose. Provider backups, delivery logs and legally required records may follow separate retention cycles. We will explain a material reason if a request cannot be fully fulfilled.
The website uses HTTPS when accessed through a validated secure domain and restricts enquiry-inbox access to the authorised owner account. Private records are not intentionally published. We use access controls and data-minimisation measures appropriate to this website, but no internet service, email system or storage arrangement can guarantee absolute security. Email may be accessible to people who have access to the recipient’s mailbox or your device.
Website enquiries do not create legal professional privilege or an unlimited confidentiality guarantee. A coaching engagement’s confidentiality boundaries should be agreed separately, including any legally required disclosures or serious safety concerns. If a personal-data incident requires action under applicable law, we will address it and provide required notices. Please report a suspected disclosure to the privacy contact rather than posting personal details publicly.
Providers may process or store information outside your country, including outside India. This notice does not promise India-only storage or a particular data-centre location. International handling is subject to applicable legal requirements and the relevant service arrangements. If location is important to you, contact us before submitting sensitive information.
Email hello@lifecoachmansha.com to request information about your records, correction of inaccurate details, withdrawal of consent, deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law applicable to you and the provisions in force, you may also have rights concerning a processing summary, recipients, nomination of another person, or escalation to a competent authority. Nothing in this notice limits mandatory rights.
Include the email used on the website, a request reference if available, and a description of what you need. We may ask for proportionate verification to avoid disclosing data to the wrong person; do not send identity documents unless a suitable method is agreed. Requests are assessed and handled within applicable legal requirements. If a request is refused or limited, we will explain why and any relevant route to challenge that decision. This inbox is not an emergency support channel.
The contact forms, quizzes, AI reflection feature and coaching enquiries on this website are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not offer a parental-consent flow for children on this website. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can assess the situation and remove or restrict it as appropriate.
This notice may change when the website, providers, legal requirements or practice processes change. The date and version below identify this edition. Materially different uses requiring fresh consent will not be authorised merely by changing this page. Review the notice before using a feature after an update.

A clear understanding of the website, coaching and the limits of self-reflection tools.
Effective & last updated: 16 October 2026 · Version 1.0
A space for reflection. Coaching and these tools support personal exploration. They do not replace qualified healthcare, emergency support or advice from an appropriate professional.
These terms explain the general boundaries of Mansha Arora’s coaching website, resources and interactive tools. The website is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please use it lawfully, respectfully and without attempting to access private records, impersonate another person, disrupt the service or bypass usage limits. You may stop using the site at any time.
A website enquiry, quiz result, AI interaction or tentative booking does not by itself create a coaching engagement, professional fiduciary relationship or obligation to accept you as a client. A paid engagement requires a separate agreement.
Coaching offers reflection, goal exploration, perspective and practical action planning. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, regulated investment advice or another licensed professional service. Website wording, articles and exercises do not replace an assessment by an appropriately qualified professional.
Do not stop or change prescribed treatment, delay professional care, or make a high-stakes decision solely because of website content or a coaching discussion. Seek an appropriate professional for the matter concerned. Mansha may suggest a different kind of support if the request falls outside coaching’s scope.
This website, its forms and AI assistant are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. If you or somebody else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or seek immediate in-person help. Do not wait for an email response, booking or AI reply. Where possible, involve a trusted person nearby.
Before paid coaching begins, the parties should agree in writing on the service, duration, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation and rescheduling rules, refunds, confidentiality, communication boundaries and how either party may end the engagement. These details are provided directly; the website does not currently take payments or display a complete price schedule.
A calendar selection or contact request is subject to confirmation and any separately disclosed booking terms. Do not assume that a submission has reserved an appointment or that a refund or cancellation rule applies unless it has been supplied and agreed. No blanket “no refunds” rule is imposed by these website terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Progress depends on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, resources and choices. There is no promise of a particular personal, career, business, health or financial result, or a timeline for change. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not evidence that every visitor will have the same outcome.
You choose whether to try an exercise and remain responsible for your decisions. Pause an exercise that feels unsuitable or distressing and seek appropriate support. This responsibility does not remove any duty Mansha has under an applicable law or an agreed professional engagement.
Know Yourself profiles and check-in suggestions are informal self-reflection tools. They are not validated psychological assessments, diagnostic tests or fixed personality classifications. Results depend on a small number of selected answers and can change with context. They must not be used to diagnose, label or screen someone, assess mental-health risk, or determine employment or other important eligibility.
These tools do not establish that you have, or do not have, a condition. A result is a starting point for reflection rather than a professional conclusion about you.
When enabled, the reflection assistant generates automated text through an external AI provider. It is not Mansha, a therapist or a human counsellor, and it cannot understand or verify your complete situation. Replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or inappropriate. The three-reply allowance is a feature limit, not a course of treatment or a guarantee of useful advice.
Do not rely on replies for diagnosis, emergencies, medication, legal or financial decisions. Verify important information independently. Avoid identifying or sensitive details and do not enter another person’s private information. Safety routing is limited and can miss a risk; the assistant must never be relied upon to detect or respond to a crisis. Read the AI privacy section before choosing to use it.
Private coaching confidentiality, exceptions, note-taking and communication channels should be explained in the engagement agreement. Disclosure may be necessary where legally required or to address a serious safety concern, subject to applicable duties. Group settings and employer-sponsored programmes require additional care: participants, sponsor reporting and any information shared with an organisation should be agreed in advance.
Sessions should not be recorded, transcribed, uploaded to an AI tool or shared with a sponsor or other third party without appropriate prior agreement and permissions. Submitting website information does not grant permission to publish your story or testimonial.
Articles, books, videos, podcasts and links are provided for general learning. External material may change, be removed, require registration or carry a cost. Its authors and operators are responsible for their own content and services. Linking to a resource does not verify every claim or imply a commercial relationship or endorsement by its publisher.
Third-party scheduling, hosting and communications services can have outages, errors or their own terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all third-party content will suit your circumstances. Report a broken link or concern to hello@lifecoachmansha.com.
Original website material, branding and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; third-party resources belong to their respective owners. You may access material for your own lawful personal learning, subject to applicable rights and any stated licence. Do not republish, sell or imply endorsement of your services using Mansha’s name, logo, photographs or materials without permission.
Contact hello@lifecoachmansha.com about permissions or a rights concern, identifying the content and your relationship to it.
Website resources and interactive tools are provided for general informational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give a warranty that every item is complete, current, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or for losses arising solely from your misuse of the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights, statutory data-protection duties, fraud, deliberate misconduct, or liability arising from negligence where the law does not permit its exclusion. These terms do not require you to waive lawful remedies or give a blanket release for harm. Any service-specific allocation of responsibility must be set out in the separately agreed engagement terms and remain subject to mandatory law.
For a service concern, contact hello@lifecoachmansha.com with the relevant date, request reference and a description of the issue. We encourage a reasonable attempt to resolve concerns directly, without restricting access to a court, consumer forum, regulator or another competent authority where available.
Applicable law and mandatory rights determine how a dispute is handled. This page does not impose an invented exclusive court location or mandatory arbitration arrangement. Changes will be dated here; separately agreed engagements are not retrospectively rewritten by a website update. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.
This is an example of the reflection shown after the Know Yourself exercise. It uses sample content and does not submit or save personal details.
